Free trial
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You can create a character and run the pipeline during the trial to see content generate end-to-end.
How billing works
- Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Your invoices and payment method live in the billing section of your dashboard.
Upgrading & downgrading
Change plans anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the higher character and daily limits right away; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from the billing section — no support ticket required.
- You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- Your characters and generated content remain in your account per our data policy.
Refund policy
We don’t offer refunds for partial months. You can cancel to stop future renewals.
